Cybersecurity expert John McAfee has released the beta version of a Decentralized Exchange DEX that runs of Ethereum Blockchain.John McAfee is a renowned name in the field of Cybersecurity and is a known Crypto enthusiast. He has recently announced the launch of an open-source, decentralized Crypto Exchange in a beta version. In an announcement on 7th October, it was said that McAfee DEX will require “no name, no documents, no email, [and] no bank info". It is also said that the platform will charge a single taker fee of 0.25% and no maker fee. Any of the ERC-20 token will be added to the platform without any fee and support for more unspecified token will also be added in the future. In a tweet, McAfee introduced the new platform of 5th October, which read, “it takes time for enough users to join to make it real, but if you play, and be patient. The exchange can serve as the door that frees us from Government’s cornerstone of control: Fiat currencies. It can’t be shut down.”John McAfee also said that the DEX platform will give traders the freedom from government control and a chance to be the boss of its own finances. This is McAfee's second trading platform after McAfee Magic. McAfee Magic was released in June this year and allows for more automated and manual trading across multiple crypto exchanges “all at the same time and from the comfort of a single user interface".The MaAfee Magic exchange reportedly utilizes AWS i.e. Amazon Web Service which they "scale on demand" and protects any DDoS (Distributed Denial-of-Service) attacks.Previously it was revealed that McAfee will launch its own crypto called "McAfee Freedom Coin". It will not be based on any commodity or connected to the value of any entity's behaviour.
